You’ll get beautiful, heartfelt images that capture the snuggles, the wonder, the sleepy smiles, and the way your world just shifted in the best possible way.

I’m not just a newborn photographer, I’m a mom, too.
I know those late-night hours when the world is quiet and you’re holding your baby close. Their soft sounds, that sweet newborn scent, the way their tiny fingers curl around yours. It’s so heartbreakingly beautiful. You’re dreaming of all they’ll grow to be, yet wishing they’d never outgrow your arms.
These sessions are unhurried and gentle. I’ll guide you to moments of authentic connection.
I’ve photographed newborns in sun-filled Ann Arbor living rooms, quiet bedrooms across Southeast Michigan, and homes filled with that brand-new-baby hush. Every family is different, but the goal is always the same: connection over perfection.

Newborn sessions are typically done in within the first few weeks after birth and take place in your home. It's best to reach out when you find out your expecting so I can make sure you get a spot on my calendar.
Sessions move slowly and naturally, allowing time for feeding, soothing, and simply being together. You don’t need to prepare a perfect house. I'm not chasing a detailed shot list These sessions capture you settling into this new season. I’ll help guide you, so you can focus on your baby.

A Note for Families Near Traverse City
Each year, I also offer a limited number of newborn and family sessions near Traverse City, Michigan for families spending time up north who want their photos to reflect that season of life. Northern Michigan feels like home to me. If it speaks to you in that sweet whisper, I'd be a happy to do your newborn photo session in you family's cottage, a rented beach house, or your Traverse City home.
I recommend reaching out early, as availability is limited.
